SHIPPING INFORMATION
Sawyer Station makes every effort to ship our products as soon as possible. Many of our products by nature are oversized and will be shipped by ground shipping methods, unless specifically designated by the customer. Express or expedited shipping is handled on a per order basis. Please call our customer service at 541-228-9645 for an estimate and advice on the best method and costs of expedited orders.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We primarily use FedEx Ground® for all orders shipped within the United States. FedEx Express Saver® (3 business days) is the only option for oars that are 9ft to 10ft. All oars over 10ft are required to be shipped by freight and are only available by phone or in person. We also use USPS for smaller packages.
Most ground orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days after fulfillment.

International shipping is determined on an individual basis, depending on size of your package and destination.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Once an order has been sent from Sawyer Station, customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred. If an order is refused by the customer or canceled during transit, the customer will be charged outgoing and return shipping charges.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
WARRANTY POLICY
If a product is defective before use, Sawyer Station will normally replace that product and reimburse the customer for the least expensive normal return shipping charges. Products defective after use, maybe subject to warranty extended by the manufacturer. Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer review and settlement is the manufacturer's responsibility. Shipping costs to return warranted products are normally the responsibility of the customer unless the manufacturer extends that service. Sawyer Station will attempt to intercede on behalf of our customers.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are by authorization only. Please call customer service at 541-228-9645 for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Items that are returned without a RA# will be refused and any associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
