Description
Handy inflatable boat repair tool for roughening PVC and Hypalon material before applying adhesives. Six-inch steel tool has a small roller on one end and rasp surface on the other. Rasp surface wraps around the outside of a curve where it is easy to buff small areas. Once glue is applied, use the roller end over patched surface to create a good bond and eliminate air bubbles.
